The systems engineer will be the primary technical resource and integral member of the sales team. This position is responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with the sales team as the key technical advisor and product advocate. The pre-sales system engineer must be able to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users.

This individual will lead his/her own strategic account planning process and, therefore, must possess the understanding of the customer’s business objectives in order to map a strategy as a solution to those business objectives. Each day the Sales Representative will: source leads, blueprint key contacts to determine who to meet with, dial and email for appointment acquisition, conduct sales calls through online meeting tools, and handle client follow-up.
